Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what people ask us most.

Can I sign up?

Veezeet is on a waitlist for now. To join, go to veezeet.com/sign-up and fill in the form: you get access when you are invited. Once you are in, you can plan a trip in the Planner or turn a trip's photos into a diary.

What is Veezeet?

Veezeet keeps your trips in one place, in two parts. The Planner is where you build a trip: days, places, stays, options to choose between, and the bookings you already hold. The Diary turns the photos of a trip into a story you can edit and share.

Can I plan a trip with friends?

Yes. Invite people to a trip and give each a role: viewer, contributor or editor. Put options such as two hotels to a vote, comment on any place, and share a public link to the trip that you can turn off whenever you like. Veezeet does not split expenses.

Does it work with Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. Add the Veezeet connector to Claude or ChatGPT and the assistant works on your own trips, signed in as you. It sees only your trips, and what it adds shows up in Veezeet. Setup steps are at veezeet.com/connector.

How do bookings get in?

Your account has one private Veezeet email address. Forward a flight, hotel or ticket confirmation to it and Veezeet reads the booking and keeps it in your account, then you attach it to the trip it belongs to. You can also paste a public link or a list of places, or upload a screenshot, and check what Veezeet found before it is added. Veezeet records your bookings; it does not make them.

How does the diary get written?

You upload the photos of a trip. Veezeet reads the date, time and place from each one, sorts them into days, and drafts captions and a story. The draft is yours to edit: change the tone, swap photos, rewrite what you like before you share it.

Can I get a printed book?

Veezeet does not print or ship books. You can export a diary as a PDF laid out like a book and print it yourself, and share it as a web link. The link is free; the PDF export is offered separately.

Is it free?

There is a free plan, with limits on how many trips you can start and on how much of a diary Veezeet writes for you. A paid plan lifts those limits. Current plans are shown when you upgrade from your account.

Who can see my trips?

You, and the people you invite, each with the role you gave them. Anyone with a public link you have turned on can see what that link shows, until you turn it off. If you use Claude or ChatGPT with Veezeet, that assistant reads your trips too. The privacy policy has the detail.

Where do I get help?

Email contact@veezeet.com. A person on the team reads every message and answers in English or French, usually within two working days. The support page at veezeet.com/support has the details.
